How does it work?

While File Printer is running, it looks for a print file to be created. When it sees that file, it reads the file and prints it to the printer you've selected. That printer can be any of your Windows printers including USB printers and Fax drivers. When you print to your Fax driver, your fax program pops up and you can fax the printout to whomever you wish.
