How does it work?

While File E-Mailer is running, it looks for a print file to be created. When it sees that file, it reads the file and feeds it into your default e-mail program. Your e-mail program will pop up its send message screen where you fill in the e-mail recipient, subject, and message (depending on File E-Mailer settings). You then press Send to send the report, invoice, statement, etc. just as you would send any e-mail.
