Pop-Up the Menu anytime by pressing F10. Jump from anywhere in the program to anywhere else in the program with a couple of keystrokes. You can even press F10, change companies, and return to the same function in the new company.

A/R and Billing

Flexible Billing allows blank lines, comments, stock and non-stock items. Your customized message prints at the bottom of each invoice.

Vendors have a default G/L posting account eliminating the need for selecting an expense account when you enter an invoice. Easily print 1099s from Last Years Purchases allowing you to close a year, start the new year, and print the 1099s later. In Invoice Entry, you can enter an invoice and pay it on the spot (including printing a check if desired) instead of the traditional process of entry and processing (which you can also do).

Employees and Payroll

Three pages of information are maintained for each employee including all payroll totals. Payroll figures are stored for each payroll providing very extensive history. Payrolls can be unposted if a problem is found after payroll is closed.

Company Info

CMS allows unlimited companies and unlimited network users. Each company can have up to 5 different printers. Selecting the active printer is as easy as pressing F8. Screen reports can be formatted for 25, 43, or 50 lines allowing you to see more on the screen.

There are many other pop-up features available anywhere in the program such as Calculator, Screen Blanker, Printer Page Feed, and Change Working Date. You can also add Vendors, Customers, and G/L Accounts on the fly.
